I AM HAPPY TO
MAKE MY OWN ACCOMMODATIONS I will assume that I am to make hotel accommodations unless a venue specifies otherwise. I will get the best rate possible, my goal is to be cost effective for both the venue and myself. IF THE VENUE WANTS TO MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS Sometimes venues have agreements with local hotels and can arrange cheaper rooms than I can. I'm very happy with a mid-level hotel (Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Drury Inn, etc.) as I find these most comfortable and well-priced. I no longer stay in private homes unless I know the host very well. A private room in a smoke free hotel with internet access (and elevator if room is above the ground floor) must be provided; each
night before each day of classes,
