Linen Oval or Round Brim Hat

This lovely hat is easy to knit up - the lace pattern is a simple repeat of a faggoting stitch - and can be worked either in a round brim (intermediate skills) or a very flattering oval brim (advanced skills - short row shaping is used)  Pattern is $5

1925 Oval

Based on a favorite hat from 1925, this knitted, deep crown hat features an oval brim - perfect to frame a face - The sample is worked in 78% Poliamide, 22% Cotton Mako ribbon. The crown is worked in solid black rayon ribbon with an eyelet pattern knit into the crown tip. The hatband is twisted from the same chenille yarn used to knit the leaf trim. The roses are knit of deep, rich red chenille. Pattern is $5.

White on White

This beautiful hat is entirely worked of white fingering weight linen - it has a lovely sheen that enhances the all-over lace pattern in the flat, wide brim and deep crown. Pattern is $5.

Spectator Grand

A striking two toned hat is accented with black ribbon at the tip, hatband and brim edging. The brim is worked in a horseshoe lace pattern, which is echoed in the crown. This is a very flattering hat, quite appealing and sophisticated - not a typical summer topper.  Pattern is $5.

A light colored lace brim contrasts with a darker tan crown, topped with a circle of dark ribbon.
